Discuss: We’ll have a complimentary 15-minute call to delve deeper into your travel aspirations (optional)
Design: I’ll craft a curated list of 3 hotels that align with your vacation vision, complete with the best rates available, and a rundown of complimentary perks included with each property.

Cost: There’s a $200 fee for my trip planning service, but no obligation to book with me.

Here's how it works:

Discover: Start by filling out a client intake form to share your preferences and goals.
Discuss: We’ll connect over a 30-minute call to fine-tune your travel needs and desires.
Design: I’ll create a bespoke itinerary tailored to your tastes, including daily activities and recommended dining options.
Detail: After reviewing your itinerary, we’ll have another 30-minute call to adjust anything as per your feedback.
Deliver: I handle all the logistics—hotel bookings, tour arrangements, car transportation, and restaurant reservations. (Note: Airplane and train bookings are not included).

Cost: Planning fees begin at $600 for long weekend trips and $1,000 for week-long trips, based on two adults, with a minimum hotel budget of $1,000 per night. For a fully tailored experience, I offer custom quotes.
