On the peninsula you can enjoy 2 incredible beaches, epic golf course, adventure packed tree-ropes course, surfing, boating,+ hydrofoiling. Off site, you can hike waterfalls + volcanos. BEST ON-SITE ACTIVITIES FOR ALL - @seaisland If you stayed here for a week on a multigen trip, no one would ever get bored. 3 pools, beach/watersports, horseback riding, turtle patrols, boat tours, dolphin excursions, archery, clay shooting, crabbing, tennis, incredible spa, phenomenal golf facilities. Spend the day snorkeling, boating, surfing, hydro foiling, or beach hopping. Or head inland to look for wildlife, hike a waterfall or volcano, or go horseback riding. The list is endless! ๐ŸŒŽSOUTH OF FRANCE - The South of France may seem like an unnatural fit for little kids โ€” with its super posh yacht scene and sophisticated restaurants. But it is indeed an awesome destination for families โ€” ample outdoor activities/hiking, gorgeous scenery, and countless villa rental options for a multigenerational affair. ๐ŸŒŽBAHA MAR, BAHAMAS - Easy to get too from the U.S., an incredible waterpark that has slides for all ages, and so much to do on site for kids. Touch tanks. Flamingos. Aquariums. 7 different pools. Need I say more? On paper, the perks look similar, but booking with a travel advisor is usually more cost-effective Hereโ€™s the breakdown of what a travel advisor can offer you vs. Amex Fine Hotels and Resorts ๐Ÿ˜ŽTRAVEL ADVISORS OFFER THE BEST RATE: With a travel advisor, you get the best available rate or exclusive promos lower than whatโ€™s online. Amexโ€™s base rate is usually higher than the best direct rate. ๐Ÿ˜ŽPRIORITY STATUS GIVEN TO TRAVEL ADVISOR CLIENTS Letโ€™s compare the perks each offers. โœ”Free breakfast for 2 daily - offered by both, and roughly the same value โœ”Room upgrade - Travel advisor clients are ALWAYS prioritized for upgrades. Sometimes my clients are even double upgraded! โœ”Hotel spend credit - Both offer at least $100, but advisors can sometimes combine + stack promos for extra saving. For example, I recently saved a client $1100 in stacked promos! I You would not be able to combine different promos if booking with Amex. โœ”Early Check In / Late Check out - Both offer this, but clients of travel advisors given priority. ๐Ÿ˜ŽTRAVEL ADVISORS HAVE DIRECT RELATIONSHIPS TO THE HOTELS. Amex is a 1800 number company. If you have an issue with a reservation, you need to call / wait on hold, and then hopefully you hear back within 1-2 business days. When you book with me, I can hop on the phone with my local contacts right away. When I call to prioritize an upgrade for a client, arrange for a special occasion, deal with a travel hiccup, etc โ€” I am working with contacts that I have personal relationships with. ๐Ÿ˜ŽWHAT IF YOU HAVE AN AMEX BOOKING ALREADY IN PLACE BUT YOU WANT TO SWITCH TO A TRAVEL ADVISOR? No matter what kind of little traveler you haveโ€” No matter what kind of little traveler you haveโ€”cautious or fearless โ€” my advice is to always TAKE THE TRIP! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป When Claire came along, she followed every single โ€œon the roadโ€ expectation โ€” napped right on time, rarely caused airplane disturbances, sat at dinner quietly. We thought we were the worldโ€™s best parents. Then Maverick showed up โ€” who is equal parts fun and fearless โ€” and all of our parent high-fiving went out the window. He has FOMO and never naps on the road. Would never dream about being quiet on the airplane (everyone usually knows his name by the endโ€ฆpilots included), and is quite chatty at dinnertime. But we wouldnโ€™t have it any other way. Getting to experience the world and travel through their eyes has been one of my favorite experiences as a parent thus far. I love seeing how they approach everything differently, but still bond even closer as siblings with each adventure. So today just sending out a silly and fun reminder to take the trip with your kids!
